Here is all the meet information you will need to know for our away meet against Kanawha on Sunday, June 10.  Please get there around 2:00p for our 2:30p warm-up time, and come dressed in your best Hawaiian gear!

New families – please keep your Sunday evening free because swim meets can last 5-6 hours when they’re long. Thunderstorms can also delay the swim meets later into the evening.

Meet Info: The swim meet is scheduled to begin at 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 10th.
Kanawha is scheduled to warm up from 2:15 – 2:30pm, and Ridgetop will follow from
2:30 – 2:45pm.

Parking: The address is 8100 Holmes Ave, Richmond, VA 23229. The Kanawha parking lot gets crowded so we use the Kanawha field for additional parking. To access the field parking lot you will need to pass the main Kanawha entrance on your left and keep going until you see a gravel driveway on your left. Turn left into the gravel driveway to access field parking. There will be an area blocked off in the field parking lot for your swim coaches and swim representatives.

Guest Team Seating: Visiting team seating is located between the two pools and to the right of the pool, as viewed from the pool entrance. There are a limited number of chairs and tables, so your families will want to bring extra chairs and towels/blankets for seating.

Food: We will be offering a variety of food options during the meet. Our regular pool snack bar will be open and in addition to our normal snack bar items we will also be selling hamburgers $3, cheeseburger $3.25, hot dogs $1.50, Cold drinks $1.25, Chips $.75, Cuisine a la Carte items for $6 (Tarragon chicken salad, California Club, Turkey and Provolone, Chef Salad and Gazpacho. We usually provide Chick-fil-A at our meets, but since it is a Sunday we will most likely have Quiznos or a food truck as other food options. We will of course have the Kona Ice Truck. Only cash is accepted. We will provide meal vouchers for all of your coaches.

Inclement Weather: In the case of inclement weather, we ask that swimmers and parents clear the pool. Guests are asked to wait in their cars until a determination can be made. We will follow the JRAC rule book in the event of inclement weather.

Please and Thank You: Please ask your swimmers to avoid the tennis courts and please note the pool is closed throughout the duration of the swim meets.
